These Rules & Regulations govern participation in the All Breeds Cattlemen's Association (ABCA).
Membership, registration, and marketplace access are conditional upon compliance with these rules. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action, including permanent removal.
ABCA exists to protect functional cattle, honest breeders, and buyers who expect truthful representation. These Rules & Regulations exist to preserve that integrity.
Membership in ABCA signifies acceptance of these Rules & Regulations and agreement to conduct oneself in a manner consistent with the objectives and standards of the association.
The following administrative expectations apply to all ABCA members and are enforced through the Rules & Regulations below.
Acceptance of ABCA Authority

Participation in ABCA is voluntary but conditional upon compliance with all standards and rules.
Equal Application of Rules
These rules apply equally to:
No exceptions are granted based on size of operation, breed affiliation, or prior experience.
Responsibility for Breeding Decisions
Members retain autonomy over breeding decisions. However: breeders assume all risk associated with sire and dam selection, ABCA does not guarantee outcomes, and consequences tied to verification status apply regardless of intent.
Culling Responsibility
Members are expected to remove chronically open females, remove structurally or functionally unsound animals, and act in accordance with ABCA standards.
Failure to cull appropriately may result in: loss of animal registration, inspection prioritization, or disciplinary review.
